1.We’ll start with a chat about your vision, what platforms the images are for, and the overall feel you’re going for. I can also help guide you on what to wear so you feel comfortable and your outfits feel aligned with your brand.

2.During the session – either in my Brighton studio or on location – I’ll guide you through each pose and moment, so nothing feels stiff or forced.

3. After the session, you’ll receive a curated gallery of beautifully edited, high-quality images ready to use across your website, LinkedIn, press kits, social media, and more.

Packages and Pricing

Every branding photography session is thoughtfully planned and delivered so you walk away with images you’re proud to share. A $150 non-refundable booking fee is required at the time of booking to secure your session. 

The options available are:

Headshot Session – From $350 + GST
A relaxed 1-hour session with up to 5 different looks or poses. Ideal for LinkedIn profiles, resumes, press features, or team pages.

Personal Branding Session – From $1,800 + GST

A 2-hour shoot at one location, tailored to your brand. You’ll receive up to 50 editorial-style images, perfect for your website, social media, email marketing, and more.

Full Branding Package – From $3,500 + GST

A half-day session (4–5 hours) across 2–3 locations, delivering 50–100 high-impact, editorial-style images. Designed for business owners who need a complete refresh of their visual content. (Conditions apply)

Elevate Your Social Media Presence

What’s the difference between a headshot and a personal branding session

A headshot focuses on a clean, polished portrait for LinkedIn, websites or corporate profiles. A personal branding session includes a wider variety of images — portraits, lifestyle shots, behind‑the‑scenes moments, workspace details and content for social media or marketing.

Where do branding sessions take place?

Sessions can be held in my Brighton studio or on location across Bayside and greater Melbourne. Many clients choose a mix of both for variety.

How long does a branding session take?

Headshots take around 20–30 minutes, while full branding sessions run 1–5 hours depending on the package and number of locations.

What should I wear for my branding photos?

Choose clothing that feels like you — polished, comfortable and aligned with your brand. Solid colours, clean lines and simple textures photograph beautifully. I’ll guide you through options and help you choose outfits that suit your industry and personality.

Do you help with posing? I feel awkward in front of the camera?

Absolutely. Most people feel this way. I’ll guide you with simple, natural direction so you feel relaxed and confident. My approach is calm, supportive and designed to help you look like yourself — at your best.

Can I bring props or items from my business?

Yes — props can add personality and context. Laptops, notebooks, tools of your trade, products, books or even a coffee cup can help tell your story.

Do you offer hair and makeup?

Hair and makeup isn’t included, but many clients choose to have it done beforehand. I can recommend trusted local artists who specialise in natural, camera‑ready looks.

Can we shoot in multiple locations?

Yes — full branding sessions can include studio, outdoor and workplace locations. We’ll plan this together based on your brand, industry and the type of images you need.

How many images will I receive?

Each package includes a set number of fully edited images. You’ll receive a proof gallery within 1–2 weeks, and you can select additional images if needed.

Do you photograph teams or staff headshots?

Yes — I offer on‑site team headshots and branding sessions for small businesses and corporate groups across Melbourne. Consistent lighting and styling ensure a cohesive look across your team.
